This project is one of the biggest projects I have worked on, not in terms of complexity but all the different aspects that tie in together to make managing of the business an ease.

Starting off, designing this website so it is a very professional, sleek modern website was key. This is where a lot of the initial time went into when converting this from my employers old word-press themed website.

To build upon different keyword searches I developed a system to create "articles" which were like blog posts. Using this I can quickly add/edit content without having to push updates to the website in the form of new pages. This also gives me a lot of flexibility in how I can update views to change all of the articles in bulk

Lead Management
Custom CRM Implementation

I work part-time in managing this companies quotes/invoices, thus for this I decided to rebuild the entire system behind the scenes so that this could operate more efficiently.

With this system, leads come in from various providers such as CompareMyMove, ReallyMoving etc. The system recieves the payload through our webhook, responds with automated email, texts the new lead more info about us using Twillio API, pushes a notification to my telegram bot & stores the lead information in the CRM panel.

I also set reminders that will email at mid day, to everyone with a move upcoming within the next week/2weeks, as some leads come in a long period in advance from their move date.

I also have the ability to enter a price for what services we are quoting them, then click the "quote" or "invoice" button to generate each of them as a pdf respectively and send them directly to the customer through the panel to their email address.

Deliveries
Livewire Delivery Booking Form - With Custom Date Picker

This part of the project is for delivery depots that work with the company for contract-deliveries, which is something Gibbons Removals offers outside of just home removals.

This part of the project utlizes Livewire to make a fully reactive 3 step form, in which the user inputs all the details of the delivery. The system then takes the supplied address, calculates the mileage cost via Google Distance Matrix API, and returns a stripe payment screen to finalise the order.
